1. Overview

SvitloUA is an application for tracking power outage schedules in Ukraine. We respect your privacy and are transparent about what data is collected and how it is used.

2. Data We Collect

SvitloUA stores a minimal amount of data locally on your device:

• Selected city — your region for displaying schedules
• Outage group — your queue number for accurate predictions

Important: This data is stored only on your iPhone/iPad using UserDefaults and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Data

Saved preferences are used exclusively for:

• Displaying up-to-date schedules for your region
• Synchronizing data between the main app and widget
• Preserving your settings between app launches

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses the public API yasno.com.ua to retrieve power outage schedules. This API does not require registration and does not collect personal user data.

5. What We Do NOT Collect

SvitloUA does not collect or transmit:

• Personal data (name, email, phone number)
• Geolocation
• App usage data (analytics)
• Device identifiers
• Information about other apps

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by iOS's standard security mechanisms. We do not have access to this data.

7. User Rights

You can at any time:

• Delete all saved data by deleting the app
• Change settings in the app's Settings section

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes through app updates.
